The coach of the GB Biathlon team at the Winter Olympics, 2006, Jason Sklenar was born in Aviemore, Scotland on 27 March 1970. Sklenar himself represented Britain as a biathlete in the Winter Olympics in 1992 and 2002. Injury and illness forcing him out in 1994 and 1998. Sklenar is a serving Sergeant in 28 Engineer Regiment and his hobbies include scuba diving, motorcycling and go karting.
