One of the best British performances at the Norwich Union Grand Prix was Robert Tobin's winning run in the 400 metres.
With the continuing difficult atmosphere between Jade Johnson and Kelly Sotherton it was the Spaniard Concepcion Montaner, who won the long jump. Soitherton was second and another British heptathlete Julie Hollman recorded a PB to come third. Jade Johnson still recovering from injury, completed 4 out of the 6 jumps and jumped 6.26. |
