Golf: It was a stroll in the park for David Howell over the weekend as he won the PGA Championship five shots ahead of Simon Khan.
Judo: Craig Fallon from Wolverhampton became Britain’s first male European judo Champion in ten years after winning gold in the 2006 European Judo Championships. Fallon now holds both the World and European titles. Edinburgh’s Sarah Clark also won gold and Winston Gordon won bronze to leave Britain top of the medals table at the weekend.
