Portugal: Cristiano Ronaldo's missed training with a thigh injury and is doubtful. Costinha and Deco are suspended. England Gary Neville looks to be available as does Frank Lampard after recovering from an ankle injury. The Officials: Argentinian referee Horacia Elizondo did send David Beckham off in the World Club championships back in January 2000, but there is unlikely to be any 'history' there as it was a fair decision for a bad tackle by the England skipper, playing at the time for Manchester United. |
