Naomi Cavaday beat Kristina Kucova of Slovakia 6-3 7-6 to become the first Briton to reach the quarter-finals of the Juniors at Wimbledon since 2001.
Cavaday, who had fought a good but losing battle against the eighteenth seeded Ai Sugiyama of Japan in the first round of the ladies' singles, now faces the younger of the two Radwanska sisters, Urszula, in the quarter-finals of the girls' singles on Thursday.
