Following GB's 3-2 defeat by Israel, Jeremy Bates has resigned as Davis Cup Captain. Although he continues as the LTA's Head of Performance.
Jeremy Bates said:
"I have enjoyed my time as Davis Cup Captain and it has been a privilege to work with the players. I would like to thank all the players who have been in the team for the tremendous work that they put in. Nobody can doubt the effort and commitment that they showed, particularly in Eastbourne over the weekend."
