England continued to dominate the second Test against Pakistan. Andrew Strauss declared with England on 461-9. Alastair Cook scored 127 and Ian Bell was not out 106.
It gave England a first innings lead of 342. In response Pakistan were 12-0 at close of play with the only dampener on England's day being Steve Harmison having to leave the field after bowling a single over. In the middle of the over he started to struggle with a pain in his side.
