Tasha Danvers-Smith (Shaftesbury Barnet Harriers) put in a good performance to finish fifth in the 400m hurdles in 55.23 seconds, very fractionally slower than her Commonwealth Silver medal winning time. Tasha Danvers-Smith also came out with the quote of the day: "I wasn't up against against a bunch of pansies out there, they're the best in the world. So that wasn't too bad." |
