A disciplinary hearing rules that Christine Ohuruogu had committed a doping violation with her three missed out-of-competition tests and ruled that Christine Ohuruogu would be ineligible to take part in athletics events for one year.

The Disciplinary Committee regarded her offence as 'a minor unintentional infraction of the regime due only to forgetfulness'. The Committee saw no grounds for suspicion that the offence may have been deliberate to prevent testing.
