Gail Emms and Nathan Robertson won the mixed doubles title at badminton's World Championships beating their friends and training partners Anthony Clark and Donna Kellogg 21-15 21-12 in the final.
It was a great gold and silver for England.
Anthony Clark was in action again later on, this time in the men's doubles final partnering Robert Blair. The English duo lost to top seeds Cai Yun and Fu Haifeng 21-9 21-13, but, nevertheless, can consider themselves hugely succesful to have gained silver.
