Skelton's third prize was £67,000 in the £700,000 Al Maktoum Memorial Challenge Grand Prix in Dubai. Skelton was aboard Arko III, with whom he competed in the Athens Olympics in 2004. The Dubai performance continues a tremendous comeback by Skelton, who suffered a near-fatal injury in 2001. |
