Lewis Hamilton started from pole position after Fernando Alonso was moved down the Hungarian Grand Prix grid after hindering Hamilton in qualifying.
Hamilton led from the start of the race to the finish to win under a second ahead of Kimi Raikkonen.
Nick Heidfeld was third and Fernando Alonso was fourth so that Hamilton now holds a seven point lead over Alonso in the overall standings with Raikkonen a further 13 points back in third.
