Blake Aldridge goes to the Southampton Diving Academy and is coached by Lindsey Fraser. At the world championships in February 2008, Blake Aldridge won a bronze diving in the 10m synch with Tom Daley. The pair won a world series gold in Sheffield GBR in May 2008 with a perfect 10 dive also in the 10m synch. Aldridge began diving aged 5. He is 1.67m tall and weighs 64kg. In 2008 the Olympic Games did not go well for Blake Aldridge. In spite of high hopes he and Tom Daley finished last in the 10m synchronised diving in Beijing. |
